Pioneer of Class Action Litigation Passes

Sorry to read of the passing of David Berger, 94, the “people’s attorney” as he put it himself, who pioneered the concept of class-action lawsuits for a multitude of “little guys.” His more famous cases include Three Mile Harbor & the Exxon Valdez action.
